 How is Church Extension different from other financial institutions?
While other financial institutions focus on the interests of their shareholders, our investments are driven by our shared faith. Your investments mean valuable dollars are available to make loans to congregations and Disciples ministries. You earn returns on your investments, knowing that your money is working to further our common values.

Is my money safe with Church Extension?

Church Extension has been the lending and investing choice for Disciples since 1883. More than 2,200 individual and 860 organizations currently invest with us. Since 1933, when Church Extension began offering Investment Notes to congregations and organizations, investors have earned positive returns every year. Our Offering Circular is a great resource for information regarding the financial strength of Church Extension. As with any investment, past performance does not guarantee future returns.

Who will assist me with my investments?

Chris Clark: Since 2003, Chris has provided dependable customer service to Church Extension investors. He is a Certified IRA Services Professional. Chris provides information and advises investors of their available options while specializing in IRA products and services.  Chris has more than 13 years of financial and investor relations experience. He also administers Church Extension’s Securities compliance operations. Currently, Chris is pursuing Bachelor’s degrees in Biblical Studies and Management and Ethics through Cincinnati Christian University. Chris is also a basketball referee in the hoops crazed state of Indiana.

Magda L. Mangual: Since 1993, Magda has worked in Investor Services at Church Extension.  For more than 17 years, Magda has provided customer service to Investors and has cultivated at lot of relationships. A native of Puerto Rico, Magda speaks Spanish and English, which is a great asset for Spanish-speaking investors. Magda attended Hunter College of The City University of New York before moving to Indiana. Magda has recently become a foster care parent and is enjoying every minute.
