Gilberto Collazo
Vice President for Congregational Services

Gilberto Collazo photoGilberto Collazo, who is an ordained minister from San Juan, Puerto Rico, joined Church Extension eight years ago. In addition to working closely with Disciples congregations in Puerto Rico, Gilberto provides leadership, training and operational oversight for all congregational and loan services and for Church Extension’s anti-racism initiative. He is also responsible for ensuring seamless services to new churches as they progress through their life cycle.

Gilberto has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration Studies from the University of Florida and a Master of Divinity from the Evangelical Seminary in Puerto Rico. He recently completed his Doctorate of Ministry at Lexington Theological Seminary.

John M. Davidson
Congregational Services Consultant

John Davidson photoJohn Davidson is a fourth generation Disciple from Red House, Kentucky. He has served the denomination in local, regional and general ministry, and his current work at Church Extension centers on his passion for environmentalism and stewardship.

As a congregational services consultant, he helps local congregations assess their building planning, capital fundraising and financing needs. LEED-certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) by the U.S. Green Building Council, John also works with congregations to “green” their facilities by lowering their energy costs and reducing their “carbon footprint.”

John has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Transylvania University and a master’s degree from Lexington Theological Seminary in Lexington, Ky. He holds a graduate degree in ecumenical theology from the Bossey Institute of the World Council of Churches in Switzerland.

Daniel Feliciano
Hispanic Congregational Services Consultant

Dan Feliciano photoAn ordained minister and former congregational pastor, Daniel Feliciano’s responsibilities at Church Extension include assisting congregations as they address ministry and building planning needs. In particular, Daniel is available to serve Hispanic congregations, some of the fastest growing among Disciples congregations in North America and Puerto Rico. Dan is originally from Vega Alta, Puerto Rico.

Before joining Church Extension, Daniel was senior pastor of La Hermosa Christian Church in New York, N.Y. He has a degree in business administration from National American University, Colorado Springs, Colo., and a Master of Divinity degree from Alliance Theological Seminary.

Dee Long
Congregational Services Consultant

Dee Long photoDee Long joined Church Extension’s Congregational Services team as a congregational services consultant in 2002. Headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, she is responsible for advising congregations as they plan and finance capital projects. Dee is also a member of Church Extension’s anti-racism team, whose focus is ensuring that our services are customized to address the needs of Disciples congregations within their cultural context. In addition, she has special assignments with African-American churches on the East Coast.

Before joining the Congregational Services team, Dee served as a program administrator for Church Extension’s New Church Ministry team. She has also worked for the Council on Christian Unity of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).

Dee has a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Memphis in Tennessee and is a graduate of Rutledge Business College in Raleigh, N.C.

Eugene Randall, II
Vice President for Congregational Relations

Eugene Randall photoAn ordained minister, former congregational pastor, author, husband and father, Eugene Randall, II, oversees congregational relations and customer service and assists local congregations in planning and financing their capital expansion projects.

Before joining Church Extension as a general consultant in 1994, Eugene served as pastor of Third Christian Church in Louisville, Ky. and Macedonia Christian Church in Birmingham, Ala. While in Louisville, he served as Christian Church Homes in Kentucky chaplain and was selected to participate in the National Religious Leadership Program, a three-year ecumenical church leader development project funded by Lilly Endowment.

Graduating summa cum laude, Eugene has a bachelor’s degree from Miles College. He received a Master of Divinity degree from Lexington Theological Seminary in Lexington, Ky.

Eugene also is author of an African-American Disciples history, “From the Balcony to the Board Room: A Brief History of Black Disciples in Kentucky and Surrounding Regions.”

Rick Reisinger
Vice President and Treasurer

Rick Reisinger photoRick Reisinger joined Church Extension more than 30 years ago after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and economics from Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Mo.

Upon joining Church Extension, Rick worked with the treasury, accounting and investment operations, becoming assistant treasurer in 1977. In his current position as vice president and treasurer, he is responsible for securities compliance and financial operations for Church Extension. He also assists congregations in planning and financing capital expansion projects.

Donggook “John” Roh
Korean Congregational Services Consultant

John Roh photoAs a Korean congregational services consultant for Church Extension, John Roh consults with new and established Korean congregations and pastors, assisting them with strategic planning, investment services and capital funding.

John is a former pastor of Yeunmoo Christian Church in Korea, where he also held the positions of vice president and professor at Choongnam College for Preschool Teachers. John has served as pastor developer for Church of Love Christian Church in Marietta, Ga., and Evergreen Christian Church in Arlington Heights, Ill. He also served as the associate regional minister for the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Illinois and Wisconsin and has been an officer in the Korean Disciples Convocation in the United States and Canada, and in the North American Pacific Asian Disciples (NAPAD).

John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul, Korea, a Master of Divinity degree from the Divinity School of the University of Chicago and a doctorate degree from McCormick Theological Seminary.

Matthew Rosine
Congregational Services Consultant

Matt Rosine photoMatthew Rosine, an ordained Disciples of Christ minister from Burlington, Iowa, joined Church Extension in 2008 to provide leadership and oversight to New Beginnings, Church Extension’s assessment service for Disciples congregations facing issues of future viability. Working directly with regional partners of the Christian Church, Matt helps congregations to assess their strengths, capital assets and possible challenges and then to determine how best to move forward in their ministry.

Matt was senior minister for First Colony Christian Church, Sugar Land, Texas, and First Christian Church in Grand Prairie, Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University and a Master of Divinity from Brite Divinity School.

Maribeth Westerfield
Congregational Services Consultant

Maribeth Westerfield photoAn ordained pastor and former associate regional minister, Maribeth Westerfield assists local congregations as they address capital-funding and building-planning needs. She is also responsible for coordination of special architectural services and offers expertise in regional capital campaigns. Most recently, she has developed a new fundraising service for larger capital projects.

With a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, Maribeth matriculated to Phillips Theological Seminary, where she received her Master of Divinity degree. She is currently enrolled in the Doctorate of Ministry program at Lexington Theological Seminary.

Maribeth pastored University Place Christian Church in Enid, Okla., and First Christian Church in Walters, Okla. She served as a member of the board of directors and an adjunct faculty member for Phillips Theological Seminary. She also chaired the Commission of Clergy of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Oklahoma.
