Green Services
As God has entrusted us (Genesis 1:28), we are called to be good stewards of creation, including in the houses and sanctuaries where we gather as a community of faith.
Church Extension’s Green Services work with you and your congregation to tend the earth, extend the witness.
*The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™ is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings.
Green Loans – Church Extension offers loans of up to $100,000 at a low fixed rate of 5.75% for five years that can be used for green construction or to upgrade heating/air conditioning systems; replace or repair inefficient windows; insulate, rewire or weatherproof entire building; or to improve other operations to become a more energy-efficient church.
Green Investments – At 3.00%* for 30 months on investments of $100 or more, Green Investments support Church Extension’s Green Loans program, while generating a return to benefit your family’s financial future.
*Investors who commit to “go green” with all electronic transactions and statements after initial investment will earn 3.25% on their investments.
