Customized New Beginnings Assessment Service

While the New Beginnings service is typically offered to a “cluster” of two or more congregations, there are times when a congregation prefers not to wait for a cluster to be formed. Sometimes a church finds itself in a delinquent loan situation and needs more immediate guidance of a New Beginnings assessment. In these instances, the church can elect a customized New Beginnings service. This includes the same elements of the traditional New Beginnings Assessment Service, but is provided to a single church. Because the travel costs are not shared, the fee for the customized service is higher.

The current fee for the customized New Beginnings service is $3,600. (Like the cluster service, this option is subsidized by Church Extension donors committed to the value of this service.) Service fees help pay for consultant time and travel, multiple copies of the final report and all training materials.

When a church elects the customized New Beginnings assessment, the report is presented to the leaders of the single church. If desired, this presentation can involve more leaders and be combined with training over two consecutive weeknights. All events are hosted at the church, which keeps travel to a minimum for the congregation.
